Entry exam for the school year 2026/2027

3. MYP (The organizational unit of Gymnázium – Grade 1)

There will be an entry exam for Interantional Baccalareuate – MYP 3 clas.

Dates of entry exams:

1st session: March 24th, 2026 (Tuesday)

2nd session: March 31st, 2026 (Tuesday)

The deadline for publishing the list of successful candidates based on the results of the admission procedure for the school year 2026/27 is April 15, 2026 (any time between 0:00 to 23:59).

The applicant / legal representative of the minor applicant shall confirm in writing to the school by April 20, 2026 (23:59.) at the latest.

We accept all forms of application (both printed and electronic form are equivalent). PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE APPLICATION VIA EDUPAGE. THE APPLICATION SUBMITTED VIA EDUPAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THERE WILL BE A NEW SYSTEM RELIES SOON CALLED ePRIHLASKY.

Documents related to the application and evaluation documents for evaluation must be submitted to Spojená škola, Pankúchova 6, Bratislava no later than the legal deadline for submitting the application by the legal representative,
The application form must be signed by BOTH parents/legal guardians, alternatively, the delegation of power in the respective matters is needed for one of the legal guardians. This should be sent together with the application form.

The entry exam will test the knowledge of English Language and Mathematics.

NOTICE: These criteria apply to students who will be attending the 8th or 9th grade of primary school in the 2026/27 school year.

Transfer exam for the school year 2026/2027 (to already existing class)

preMYP (The organizational unit of Základná škola – Grade 6)

Language of instruction: English

Date of the transfer examination: April 21st, 2026

Maximum number of accepted students: 12 students (two already existing classes)

The application has to be send till: April 10th, 2026

The selection process will be based on the transfer examination.

Transfer exam

MYP (other grades) – the admission to MYP classes is possible only if there is a free space in the class

We will inform you about the possibility of opening other grades soon at our website.

The selection process will be based on a transfer examination.
If you are interested, send the application to email address myp@gympaba.sk. We will register the application on our waiting list and contact you in case the transfer exams are organized.
